A conversation with the Vet
Craig spoke to Dr. Seybolt yesterday about Montero (his previous owner used Dr. Seybolt as well). Dr. Seybolt has seen Montero in the last 6 months and did bloodwork on him. He said that there is absolutely nothing wrong with Montero - he just needs to be fed. No problems with his blood work, no founder issues, straight legs, good feet. He verified that he had extensive dental work done (I have the receipt for that). Dr. Seybolt felt that he would gain weight quickly because of his age and recommended senior feet and alfalfa cubes. Montero is being wormed today. Dr. Seybolt also said that Montero is probably the nicest Tennessee Walking Horse he has ever seen. All in all, a good phone call!
