One of the things that I really like about the area that we live in is the abundance of farm land. i grew up about 15 miles outside of New York City in a fairly congested area so I really appreciate open space. Unfortunately one things that we see often across the open space are power towers like these. The farmers basically work around them.

Nice Clicks!! I like the farm lands shot! Why the farm lands are always been bisected by powerlines??
Despite the powerlines, your photos are really quite lovely!
The towers resemble robots holding the lines under their curled arms. Nice shots and you sure have some powerlines to deal with.
Those are some serious powerlines. Interesting shot - the second one - they do look like robots!
Nice shooting. Those things are huge aren't they.
I think the second shot is great -- the line is kind of ominous. :)
Very nice..:)
We have some huge monters lines like that not far from our house!
I like the tension in the second shot, with the tower leaning a bit forward. Even though I know what it is, my mind feels like there's something bigger attached to the lines pulling it all forward. Good job!
Great shots!
I really like that second one! P.S. I'm lovin' the Vanilla Ice...NICE choice! I still haven't done my playlist...visiting your site always reminds me that I need to get on that! ;)
those particular powerlines are my fav :)
wonderful entry
Great shots!
Nice shots!
Wow! That second shot rocks my world! I'm totally expecting it to pick up and start walking....like those Transformer robots! lol!
Great shot and perspective!

I don't know why all powerlines aren't underground by now - they just totally get in the way of our photography sometimes! Nice shots!
I was thinking like regular guy that you have a Robotic monster, arms and eyes. You can almost feel that it is stomping towards you.
Thanks for visiting my site. I also like gebera daisies.
