This is the as-yet-unnamed new pup that came home with us this weekend. We have been searching for another dog that could be a companion for Bandit. Who knew finding a dog could be so difficult?!?
She is a blue merle Border Collie / Australian Shepherd cross and she is very sweet. Bandit isn't quite sure what she is just yet but I predict that they will be playing full force by next weekend.

Oh, I have no illusions about what a stinker she will be. She's very lucky she's cute because it will save her when she does something really naughty. T is a good age (13) to really enjoy her and hopefully help out. She understands the responsibility of a pet from having horses. I haven't had a puppy in a very long time so I am completely enjoying her. She won't have the issues that an older dog has. Poor Bandit had been an abandoned stray and still has issues but I think she'll be good for him too.

That's a really, really interesting mix of breeds! I bet she's going to be one whip-smart and perhaps slightly stubborn dog when she grows up!
OMG...I can smell the puppy fresh aroma...Zoey is beyond cute! And of course their at their height of cute when they're sleepin'! A tired puppy is a good puppy!
